Get Organized with a Girl Scout Binder

One way that I stay organized at the beginning of each scouting year is to put all of my paperwork into my Girl Scout binder.  I bought tabs and divided it into sections:

  • Leader meeting notes and other Leader information
  • Dues Summary Report
  • Blanket Permission Forms
  • Girl’s Health History
  • Try-It Record Sheet
  • Copies of extra papers from projects I have done with the girls (for reference)
  • Miscellaneous papers

Being organized prevents stress because everything I need is in it’s place and in alphabetical order.  My binder goes on every field trip and is with me at every meeting.

If you do not have a binder, I highly recommend it!
