It’s Not too Early to Start Planning World Thinking Day!

by Hannah on January 21, 2013

On February 22nd, Girl Scouts and Girl Guides around the world celebrate World Thinking Day.  The idea for this special day began in 1926.  The leaders of the scouting movement wanted the girls to “think” about other Girl Scouts and Girl Guides around the world.

It grew from here and now Girl Scout leaders here in the United States create their own unique celebrations.  Many troops enjoy making Swaps, so I wrote an article about World Thinking Day Swaps for 2013.

In this article you will find lots of  resources for making your own Swaps for World Thinking Day.

What country will you be studying?
