The dog days of August are almost over and if you are like many leaders, you are starting to prepare for the new year. Part of that planning is meeting with you co-leader.
Each leader has different strengths and those can be used to make the scouting year a positive one. If a leader is more comfortable outdoors, then she can lead those badges and camping. Is another leader more organized? Than she can be in charge of forms or buying materials for meetings.
