Then a host of answers appear, and almost without fail, it is a Christmas related item. Ornaments, stockings, or something with a Christmas theme are shared.
These kinds of gifts, in my opinion, need to be avoided if all of the girls in your troop do not celebrate Christmas. Leaders need to be considerate and caring and be a sister to every Girl Scout. Receiving Christmas themed gifts when you do not celebrate the holiday is neither of those things.
If you know that all of the girls in your troop celebrate Christmas, then by all means, that ornament or personalized mini stocking will be enjoyed.
